Akio Ōtsuka (大塚 明夫, Ōtsuka Akio, born November 24, 1959) is a Japanese voice actor from Tokyo. He is the son of fellow voice actor Chikao Ōtsuka. He is best known for voicing the title character in Black Jack, Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid, Bato in Ghost in the Shell and Blackbeard in One Piece.

He voiced Nurarihyon in the 2018 anime. He also took over his father's role of Nezumi-Otoko for the film Yo-kai Watch: Shadowside Oni-ō no Fukkatsu. He later voiced Mizuki in Akuma-kun (2023).

  • In addition to Nezumi-Otoko, Akio also took over his father's long-running role of Yamada-sensei in Nintama Rantarō after his death in 2015.
