Amefuri-Tengu (雨ふり天狗 Amefuri-Tengu, lit. Rainy Tengu) is a Tengu and antagonist of Kitarō.
Appearance[]
In the manga, Amefuri-Tengu takes the form of a tall, old yamabushi. He has a wrinkly, bald forehead, a massive beard covering his mouth, and dark, bushy eyebrows. He wears a tied, striped chanchanko vest over a grayish kimono, and a small tokin on his forehead. He wields a fan made out of leaves.
Personality[]
In the manga, Amefuri-Tengu is shown to hold grudges on humans, like most villains in the series. As a result, he's very impulsive and quick to jump to conclusions. However, he is just as quick at being at the mercy of the humans if he's weakened.
