The Byōchū (病虫 Byōchū, lit. Disease Insects) are insect yōkai who serve Anagura-Nyūdō.
Description[]
The Byōchū are identical to mosquitoes, but are much larger. They are olive green in color, having a pair of transparent wings and a pair of magenta-colored compound eyes. They also have three pairs of long, thin legs, a pair of antennae, and a long proboscis.[1]

The Byōchū appear in episode #107 of the fourth anime adaption, Mountain God: Anagura-Nyūdō .[1]
