Enkiri-Mushi (縁切り虫 Enkiri-Mushi, lit. Divorce Insects) are yōkai parasites that induce divorces among couples.[1]
Appearance[]
The Enkiri-Mushi are small red insects with bodies resembling those of beetles and having six legs. Their heads are larger and lighter in color compared to the rest of their body, with a pair of mandibles and circular cyan eyes that resembles a pair of glasses.[1]

Enkiri-Mushi appear in episode #17 of the second anime adaptation, Divorce Insects.[2]
Powers and Abilities[]
Divorce Inducement: As the name implies, these insects are able to cause relationships to end, making a couple divorce. This power works on other relationships including international and political relations, and can cause tensions among those.[1]
