Kawa-hime (川姫Kawa-hime, lit. River Princess) is a water yōkai and a major character in the 2005 film The Great Yōkai War and its novelization. She was a Hitogata (ヒトガタ Hitogata, lit. Human-shape), a straw doll used by an Onmyōji, and was thrown away. Yasunori Katō found and gave her life, where she served the demon man before Agi.
