Keiko Toda (戸田 恵子 Toda Keiko, born September 12, 1957) is a Japanese voice actress from Aichi. She is best known in Japan as the voice of the children's superhero Anpanman.
In the GeGeGe no Kitarō franchise, she voiced Kitarō in the 1985 anime adaptation. She reprised the role for a short that played before the theatrical release of the 2008 film GeGeGe no Kitarō: Nippon Bakuretsu!!.
