Kenji Utsumi (内海 賢二, Utsumi Kenji, August 26, 1937-June 13, 2013) was a Japanese voice actor from Fukuoka. He was probably best known for voicing Raoh in Fist of the North Star, Senbei Norimaki in Dr. Slump Arale-chan and Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist.
He voiced many characters in the 1968 GeGeGe no Kitarō anime series, including Nurikabe in one of his most prominent appearances in that series.
