Miko (ミコ Miko, lit. "shrine maiden"), being often refereed as Miko of Matendō (魔天道のミコ Matendō no Miko), is a character in the Akuma-kun franchise. She is one of descendants of Samarin, making her a distant relative of Mephisto II and Mephisto III. "Miko" is her epithet, and her true name has not been revealed in the manga.

- Miko was created by Masumi Kaneda along with Maōji. Her other involvements in Shigeru Mizuki's franchises include Saishinban GeGeGe no Kitarō as the storywriter and Jigoku-Dōji on the MANGA BØYS as the author.
