Nikao-no-Sō (二顔之相 Nikao-no-Sō) is a yōkai, known prominently for its red features.
Not much is known of the Nikao-no-Sō's appearance other than having a red face.
Nikao-no-Sō is a variation of the Okka, small bulbous yōkai that are usually bright red having big eyes a pair of clawed feet and a diminutive tail. They appear in many old yōkai picture scrolls, especially in Hyakki-Yagyō paintings. The Nikao-no-Sō variant has fur, an unknown number of legs with four claws on each and its most distinctive feature is the face on its tail. The details of its upper half are unknown as it appears behind a different yōkai in the painting.
