BiBiBi No Nezumi-Otoko then barges into the meeting claiming to be GeGeGe No Kitaro's manager, and stating he has a good idea for a film. He tells them that there is a place in Iwate Prefecture called Akkado. And close by is an unknown place to humans called, Yokaido. And every year all yokai in Japan gather there to party. He then suggest that they film a documentary of it. The film crew like the idea and pay Nezumi the money he demanded to get things started.
