Synopsis[]
A suspicious man playing a guitar offers to form an alliance with Nezumi-Otoko. His name is Vampire Elite. He is a yōkai that targets young boys who will eventually take on pivotal roles in the country, sending them into society after turning them into obedient slaves so that he can indirectly control the country. Kitarō wants to interrupt his magnificent plan, so Elite plans to make Kitarō his subordinate. Dazzled by the exorbitant reward, Nezumi-Otoko enthusiastically agrees to help, but...?
