Shigeru Chiba (千葉 繁, Chiba Shigeru, born February 4, 1954) is a Japanese voice actor from Kikuchi, Kumamoto, Japan. He is best known for voicing Rei Ichidō in High School! Kimengumi, the Narrator of Fist of the North Star, Pilaf in the Dragon Ball franchise, Kazuma Kuwabara in Yu Yu Hakusho and Buggy in One Piece.
He provided the voice of Nezumi-Otoko in the 1996 GeGeGe no Kitarō anime.
