Tōgaku Taitei (東嶽大帝 Tōgaku Taitei, lit. Emperor Dongyue) or Murāgo (ムラーゴ Murāgo) in the manga, is a fallen-god or a "super-akuma" (超悪魔 Chō-Akuma) served as the final antagonist in Saishinban Akuma-kun and subsequent productions.

Unlike in the anime, Murāgo's intention to take over the world was due to his moral and justice to recover the one-united world like 10,000 years ago, and Murāgo couldn't understand the modern world's "justice" and concerned global separation, including continents and islands, races and countries, due to his long sleep.
History[]
He is the servant of the First Akuma-kun in the manga.
In the anime, he was originally a lower god to serve The God and other Ancient Gods of higher ranks at Mt. Dongyue in China. At some point in the past, he was sealed due to his ambition to take over the world and turned into a black akuma. He revived as the "super-akuma" centuries later, and built his base within the demonic space under Mt. Dongyue, and rebuilt his legions to resume his old scheme to take over the entire world including Devaloka, Jigoku, Demonic Realm, Fairy Realm, and the human world.
In the Akuma-kun: Makai no Wana, Tōgaku Taitei is a god of darkness who once ruled the Mu Empire, and was sealed by the God of the Sun at some point in the past. He revived by using a chaos caused by the fight between Shingo Umoregi and Satan, and he slaughtered the weakened akuma and also defeated Shingo, and annihilated the world. He was eventually defeated during the final battle at the outback of the continent, and he along with the continent was sent to the bottom of the sea, resulting in his demise.
Powers and Abilities[]
Authority: Within the Akuma-kun universe, he is occasionally considered at a rank formerly higher than Enma-Daiō. He has an absolute authority over his 99 millions minions.
Resuscitation: In Akuma-kun: Makai no Wana, Tōgaku Taitei is capable of resurrecting himself as a zombie even after his physical death.
Life force Seizing: Tōgaku Taitei is capable of taking one's life force away.
