Tokisada Ryūga (龍賀時貞 Ryūga Tokisada) is a human who appears in the 2023 movie The Birth of Kitarō: Mystery of GeGeGe. He served as the main antagonist of the film and cornered the Ghost Tribe into the brink of extinction.

Physical immortality: Due to the dark sorcery he casted upon Tokiya Osada to take over his body to gain longevity, he regained youth. However, when Mizuki destroyed the human skull which functioned as a controlling device of Kyōkotsu, multiple Kyōkotsu, born from the curse of the Ghost Tribe and humans who were slaughtered for the production of "M", attacked him and turned him literally into a ball of flesh. With the dark Kidō and the curse by Kyōkotsu, he became an entity who constantly suffers from physical and mental pains but cannot die regardless of time and physical damages.
Kidō: While his relationship between "Ura-Kidōshū" is unvilified, he was capable of casting Kidō including forbidden techniques.
- Taking Over Body: He casted a forbidden technique to take over one's physical body upon his own grandson, Tokiya Osada who was nothing more than mere tool to Tokisada, and killed the young boy.
- Repelling Curse: He is capable of repelling curse casted against him.
- Controlling Kyōkotsu: He is capable of controlling a legion of Kyōkotsu with Kidō.
