Toshio Furukawa (古川 登志夫, Furukawa Toshio), born July 16, 1946, is a Japanese voice actor from Tochigi. He is best known for voicing Piccolo in the Dragon Ball franchise, Ataru Moroboshi in Urusei Yatsura and Kai Shiden in the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
In the GeGeGe no Kitarō franchise he voiced Nezumi-Otoko in the 2018 anime. He also voiced Aobōzu in the 2007 anime.
