The Two-Headed Mummy (二つ首のミイラ Futatsu-Kubi no Mīra or 双頭のミイラ Sōtō no Mīra) is a Western Yōkai and adversary of Kitarō.

When Dracula was captured by Kitarō, Two-Headed Mummy kidnapped and made Ittan-Momen as a hostage to make a negotiation to release Dracula, but when Kitarō fought against the mummy, his eyes were blocked by Chanchanko, causing his two-typed breath attacks to collide, and and the mummy was defeated by his own attacks.
