Wind Manipulation is the ability to control the wind.
Description[]
The user is able to generate wind, as well as manipulate the wind around them to their will. This form of elemental manipulation can be used in a number of ways offensively; most prominently giving the wind they use cutting properties, in the form of fast-moving air blades that are employed from a distance, normally reaching mid-to-long ranges. Another common form of attack is to generate powerful gusts of wind, inflicting blunt damage on their targets or sending them flying away. Supportively, the user can use the wind to allow themselves to fly or levitate, especially while traversing distances.
